I rolled a set for this one out of NiCopp line.
Line nuts for 1/4" line 7/16''-24 inverted flare SUR&R # BR1150
I could have cut the old nuts off and used them but wanted to keep the old lines intact for a pattern.

Left side
Left top port on PS gear to Cylinder inside port 35"
Left lower port on PS gear to Cylinder outside port 36"

Nice job Hobo.
I put ''temporary'' hyd hoses on mine when I
swapped the PS system on to my tractor.
13 years later they are still there.
One of them roundtoit deals.

Well I am gonna do it the hard way first and try and figure out how to make it easier in the process. This is the one I am going to put rear tie rod ends on I called you about, its in the forecast. I need to do the rear brakes and seals and brake cross shaft seals. I am gonna get that apart and order the tie rod ends with those parts.

I did pull the pitman arms off are draglinks as you call'em cuzz I can, another trick start the lines out toward the engine they will feed right in place. Remove both at the PS cylinder leave the top line on at the gear and do the inner line at the cylinder first.

BTW I put new o-rings on the fuel shut off it took two -110 o-rings.

Its in the low 90's and hot out under my shed : (

Really nice job! That's a good looking tractor - so clean.

Curious - what is that taped to the clutch pedal?

2X4, he was not sure the PTO clutch released, while I had the steering gear off that 2X4 made it easier to check for release of the PTO clutch.

Matched the old line, used the old as a pattern. This is the first one I used NiCopp line on. I normally use steel brake line. YES NiCopp will kink but its more forgiven for hand bending and unlike steel you can work the kink out in a vice. I have the tools to bend steel line Nicopp does not work as well with those tools so its a two sided sword to me.

It took about 2 hr to do them all when done my hands were tired
: ( For those that live in the salt belt this would be a common job for a auto repair shop

Butting in, looks to me like a block of wood to raise the height of the pedal to support the dimensions of the operator.
Other why have it?????

Lets just call it an addiction.

One is for a short weak old man and the other for the little kid that likes to go to fast.
