3000 steering column oil leak

I have oil leaking out of the top of the steering column, power steering. Any thoughts or comments will be appreciated

Time to reseal the control valve body. Do the gear box and both upper and lower valve body seals. You really want the service manual. Pay attention to the 3 springs in the V. body and back off the hex nut appropriately. Shaft will rise and fall to activate pwr steer.
