Im having some issues with the bucket hydraulics on the loader. I think the loader is equivalent to an ag 145. It has a two lever Cessna control.
If I push the dump lever fully forward, the cylinders fully extend without any problems. But if I push the lever only partially forward (as one might do for a
more controlled dump for spreading gravel) the cylinders often stop when only partially extended. To free it up and finish the dump, I must pull the lever back,
then push it forward.
The boom hydraulics work as they should (up, down, float).
This has been going on for some time now. Over the winter, I took the control apart, made sure it was clean, and renewed all the o-rings. All the parts looked
good. But the problem still persists.
Does anyone have any ideas about what is causing this? Thanks.
Dave
