Has anyone updated shifter cam detents from poppet/spring to newer ball /spring used on later 4430/40 trans? Thanks, john

What are the part #'s involved? Parts lookup an JD site seems vague.

hello, T19079 cup & M886T ball,, you might have to change the spring,, trial & error.. i pulled these out of my head, i believe it is correct,, probably go to a 4430 sychro range parts.

grwrench is correct.. spring? try R51865.... ball and cup will work great...
