I was wondering I have my 3020 split going to replace rear oil seal and while down I bought new transmission disconnect clutch to install should I replace pilot shaft bearing and thrust bearing and also just put pressure plate back or should I do anything to pressure plate will it need adjusting etc

If I wasn't planning on regularly disengaging damper clutch I'd leave original bearings. Original bearings are probably much better quality than the bearings sold today. Damper clutch probably normally remains engaged 99+% of time engine is operating
