3020 front end

I have the old Schwartz front end on the 3020. A working tractor with loader. This time a front wheel Knee snapped.
I think this front end was never meant to have a loader. So getting a heavier front on it for some loader work.
I see A and I sells a complete unit. Will this be good for loader work ?
I have seen some people talk about using a adapter plate and put on a 4430 front end it.
Any suggestions would be great ?

Thanks

Go with the 4230/4430 conversion,,about the same money and they will last for ever,, the A&I front has soft spindle shafts that will twist with loader weight on them,, the 4430 style will not.. the conversion consist of a adapter plat the lets the newer front fit your 3020/4020,most salvage yards will have every thing you need..I got my last one from Anderson Tractor at Bluffton Ohio.

If you really want to get serious, put a 4630 front on.
Adapter plate is available for them too.

We replaced the worn out Schwartz wide front on our 3020 with a used 4240 front axle bought locally, and the new adapter plate came from a salvage yard in Rock Valley, IA.

It was very easy to install, and is much stronger than what was on there. It looks great too.
