3020 front hydraulic pump discharge valve spring

Going through a 3020 2.4cu hydraulic pump and ordered new discharge valve springs. The new springs are 1/2 the length of the old ones. Part #R38531 that goes in a #R34347 pump case are correct according to my parts book. Are they the wrong ones or a new Deere replacement?. Should I use the new or re-install the old ones? Thanks for any advice. Hopefully my pic will load

It depends on what style discharge valves you have if the disk style you need r39228.

It has the 2 pc poppet & guide setup

Than your new spring should be Wright you could call your dealer and have them get you the specs.
