Working on a 3020 trying to get it going after sitting up about 3 or 4 years. Finally got it to start and water pump was leaking. So took pump drive coupler off to change belt while doing water pump. Tried to spin hydraulic pump by hand to change the bolts and bushings in coupler and pump would not spin by hand. It was stuck. Finally got it to spin again and could here a rattling noise inside it but was still hard to turn. Removed the pump and get it out and it spins just like it should, no noises or nothing. Took it apart for the heck of it and nothing bad stands out to me. What gives....thanks
