3020 Gasser Electrical Issue

I can't get the starter solenoid to get power from the push button. I've changed the solenoid, the key switch, and push button. It'll start and run if I jump the contacts on the solenoid. Before I changed all the parts, it'd be a gamble whether or not the button would do anything. I know it's pulling some power since it'll dim the gen and oil lights on the dash. What could be the issue?

I would check the neutral safety switch on the right hand side of the transmission housing to the rear of the shift arms
I found that, disconnected it and ran a jumper on the connector for testing purposes and that didn't make a difference. Where do those two wires run to?

The two (yellow) neutral start switch wires cross over to the area above rear of the starter, one connects to the starter solenoid, the other connects up to a wire in the wiring harness that runs back to the ignition/starter switch area.

Thanks! I just bypassed that whole part and ran a jumper right at the connector at the solenoid.
