3020 Gasser Electrical Issue

I can't get the starter solenoid to get power from the push button. I've changed the solenoid, the key switch, and push button. It'll start and run if I jump the contacts on the solenoid. Before I changed all the parts, it'd be a gamble whether or not the button would do anything. I know it's pulling some power since it'll dim the gen and oil lights on the dash. What could be the issue?

Do these tractors have a clutch safety switch or neutral switch? I see on the parts listing they show a “neutral start switch kit”
3020 neutral switch kit
I also believe they used some relays in the start circuit and I believe maybe the relays were an add on to make starting system more reliable. If you don’t get any more replies here I would suggest you repost this in the John Deere forum. Tell what year you have, (24 volt or converted to 12 volt..oops I think gassers are all 12 volt), power shift or synchro-range.
Edit: I see you already posted this on the JD forum.
