3020 Hydraulic oil

After I run my 3020 syncro it starts to drip from where the bleed line is supposed to be under the hydro pump. Mine dont have it but when I look at it, it appears to look to have little tiny bubbles in the oil. When I check the dipstick it has the bubbles on it. Is this little tiny bubbles or water. I changed the oil after I put on the steering valve a month ago. Cleaned the screen and put in the right oil(303) for wet brakes.Could this have anything to do with the lift problem as I have stated eariler in another post. Thanks!

is it the 3 point not lifting?it could have a small pin size valve stuck in the control valve assembly,,do you have any warmer than usual lines near the back of feet?

It is lifting just wont stay up where you want it and when you turn the steering wheel the lift seeps down. I also hear a hissing sound in where I pour the oil and behind the remote in the back of the rockshaft housing. The housing is warm and some of the lines around it. Do you think it is a cracked housing. Thanks!!
