3020 Synchro Clutch

Well, adjusting the clutch pedal play and tightened the pedal adjustment bolt too tight and broke off the end piece. I ordered a new clutch shaft arm lever and in the meantime I am trying to epoxy the end back on to get by....or I am considering drilling 1 or 2 small bolt holes through the pedal. lever to hold it in place for now. It doesn't seem like it would take much (like a couple 1/4" bolts) but I don't want to mess up and break the clutch pedal. Thoughts?

Part B is bigger-I hope I don't have to split the tractor to put the new shaft arm it. Is it a bear to get the lever off the shaft and can I get to the cotter pin on the inside through the clutch port hole underneath? Thanks as always

Well that is a super bummer.... for 1 cotter pin. Well then I may as well try drilling a new bolt hole while I wait for the part.

I have a splitting stand and I warmed up for it when I had to remove the front wheels to drop the hydraulic pump.

No problem at all! So I can remove the inside cotter pin through the clutch access hole and then what, drive the lever out or use a puller and/tor pry the lever out/off?

I have been mis-seeing the pin in the parts diagram....there is no inside the clutch housing pin....I "just" need to pull the lever straight off the shaft.
