I have the same problem.
Try this, If I move the dipper out ( this makes more fluid return to the system then is being used) I can hear the pump load a little better and the hydraulics get fast and strong for just a moment. It makes me think that there may be a bypass valve leaking and that by having the higher return amount it loads the pump correctly.
This also makes me think that the main pump is fine and that I still need to find the place where the fluid is being lost.

Is the loader slow on raising? If so check for the relief valve that next to the backhoe hydraulic filter. I had one that the loader and backhoe were slow and someone had lost this relief valve. The fitting next to the backhoe filter looks like a drain plug. when removed you will drain the oil. Tim
