What Onan engine do you have in your skid loader?
Is the condenser wired on the + or - on the coil?
Are the points sparking a lot?
What are you putting your points gap at?
What is your resistance reading on your coil?

NHC is the motor specifacation in the book 3.56/3.0 book says .016 but this time i adjusted to it running good coil havnt checked yet i think im going to get a new one tommorow condenser is internal i belive at least i cant see one on top thanks

Is there any way you could get pictures of your setup? What style coil you have (there are 2), what is in the points box, what wires are running where to and from the coil.
Check/ get new spark plugs too and see what the old ones look like, The spark plug gap should be .025
Check and make sure that the wires from coil to condenser are on the + side of the coil. (condenser could be in the points box or separate)
Also using dirty/oily feeler gauges on points will wear them out faster too.
Keep us posted, and if possible take pictures!
Could do this too:
BTW, what town is closest to you?
