3200A skid loader

We just got in a 3200A IH skid loader with the VH4D Wisconsin engine. I haven't been able to locate a shop manual for it yet. I am wondering how to pull out the
engine. It won't go out the back because of a cross member welded across the back. Does the engine come out the top? Out the side? Does anybody have any
experience on this ? Thanks!!

Having no experience with that machine all I have is the obvious that generally skid loaders have chain boxes on each side to drive the wheels. So I would think going out of the side would be quite difficult. I’m attaching a link to a provider of a service manual. The vendor I was going to link is apparently a YT competitor so their link would not post, so I linked one off eBay.

We had a 3200 wi engine skid loader until 1978 when we got a more reliable Case 1845,also gas ,but engine didn't have to be constantly cleaned to avoid burning a hole in the flat head or valves. Remember it was difficult to remove engine but shields and head parts were easier to work on than the cog belt driven hydro pumps.
