335 brake shaft

Looking for disassembly help on my 335 industrial. When I press the right brake, the pedal will come back up like it should. The left brake sticks down. I’ve diagnosed it to the shaft that looks like it comes out of the differential into the brake drum. Seems like it needs to be cleaned and lubed. How does that shaft come out? My book only shows replacement and adjustment of brake shoes, not much deeper.

You must have the Operator's Manual. That only covers routine maintenance items like fluid and filter changes, and changing out the brake shoes. You need to get a copy of the Service Manual. That covers everything that is not a routine maintenance item.

Removing the brake cross shaft should be in there somewhere.
