Can anyone tell me the IH part # for ignition points and condenser for a Farmall 340? Are they the same as the M, H, etc?

Yes. The points for the 340 distributor should be the same as for all the other Farmall tractors (H, M 300, etc.)

curious why u need the number, the parts men have the numbers in their books, and so does case ih. if your not buying from case ih, blue streak is your best bet. guess i could run out and look on an old box.

I the link when you open the PN for the contact points it shows limited stock. Then if you click substitutions it shows them available under other numbers. Numbers 8 and 6 in the diagram.
