345 v8 Torque specs.

Could someone please tell me the head, bigend, mains and manifold torques for the 345v8 motor.
I'm in Australia and can't get signed up to binderplanet dot com.

Head - 90-100 ft. lbs
Rod - 45-55 ft, lbs
Main - 75-85 ft. lbs
Manifolds(IN/EX) 40-45 ft. lbs
