350C Dozer tracks tight

Tracks were fine before wrapping up for winter. A few weeks ago I get on it and both tracks are TIGHT and the adjusting rods are pushed out and appear to not even be straight in line anymore like they are almost about to come out. Haven't tried to release the grease fitting. Just wondering if someone else has experienced this after sitting over winter.

Try to figure out what your are saying there for sure , back end of adjust sticks to the spring can"t realy come out there, front end sticks inside adjuster , so what is not inline , unless you would be adjust out to the max than it might could buckel , but that would mean your tracks are wore out.
