3680

Looking at a 3680 MFWD with 2900 hours one owner tractor. Is this unit a good dependable tractor? Did these units have transmission or engine problems? Thanks for any feed back.

got a 3690 (a bit newer than a 3680), it's got 4500 hrs, so far so good, although it's only problem to date has been lack of brakes... they lose prime and have to be bled on a fairly regular basis, sometime can be good for weeks at a time sometimes hardly a day goes by without having to 'fix' them, they do self bleed if you can wait for that to happen (sometimes takes half a day). other than that it has been a great tractor. Should have a perkins motor in it, they're very good in my book.

we have had a lot of problema with our 3680 betwen the computer rear end and the fact that you cant get an overhaul kit for the engin any more you have to order it piece by peice we havent liked ours one bit and their under powered we can out pull ours with our 2705 this is just my 2 sence.
