36b carburater adjustment

Had our carburater all gone through and now we put it on and we get gas out of the bottom screw but wont run we pulled the plugs squirt some gas and it runs for 10 seconds then stops seems like its not getting gas were wondering if its not set right its a dtlx thanks

The usual Settings to get started are:
1-½ turns out on the idle mixture (left side)
1turn out on the load mixture (right side)
If the carb is working properly, normally the choke is turned on for starting, then reduced to about half to sustain running until the engine warms up enough to turn the choke off.
