3pt lift

I put in a new hyd. pump and a different lift cover. My lift arms come up about a third of the way and just stop. What adjustment might I need to make? Anything I should be looking for?

After a little research and trying a few things this is where I'm at. Position control doesn't do anything. Draft will lower 3pt when brought up and raise 3pt when pushed down.
Any ideas?

Hi, do you have a workshop manual? It is essential to go by the manual. There are a number of adjustments that could all influence the operation of the 3-point lift. From your description it would appear that the pump is being moved into the 'neutral' position too early.
If you operate the system and observe the pump lever it may move to a vertical-ish position before the arms have fully risen. Although the adjustments on another cover should be near thay are likely to be out enough to throw the whole system out. I believe that the dimensions of some tools that are required will be found in the popular non-genuine manual.
