3pt trouble on a case 2670

I was wondering if anyone could help with my 3 pt on my 2670 Case. It will not go down. If you move the lever in the down postion and push it down with something heavy such as a loader tractor it will go down up with weight on it but will not go down on it's own. Is there a load sensing deal it need to adjust or what. Any help will be great.

Marty, this may sound stupid but loosen the line on the butt end of one of the cylinders and see if it still will not go down, if it stays up still the problem is the cylinders or a cylinder being tight.Let me know.
