3pt won't stay up

The 3pt hitch lift arms will not stay up after the tractor is shut off. With no implement on it takes a few hours, but with a tiller on it is much shorter.

I'm hoping it is just some leaking o-rings or something not difficult to fix.

I have a 1967 3 cylinder diesel 4000. Mine was made in England based on the serial number. I haven't bought a repair manual yet as I'm not sure which manual to get which would be applicable for the English version.

Mostl likely the lift cylinder seals. Could be a control valve mal-adjustment, or a few other things.
The manuals are the same for all thousand series tractors post '65. The final point of assembly doesn't matter. Just get a thousand series manual.
