I'm wondering what a white 4-325 would be worth if one sold, I know six were built and two tore down and four sold and believe one of the four burnt up? if I'm right only three exist today. Wanna say there is two around Charles city is that right does anyone know who owns them all, and a ballpark what they'd bring if they came on an auction, I think they'd be a really nice tractor to own, but doubt I ever have the chance to buy one, closest I wil probably ever get is a 4-270

The Tjaden brothers, Dean and Larry had two of them the last that I knew.   They have been repowered with Cummins engines.   Both brothers worked in the plant, Dean being one of the last management people there.   I have a photo of the tractors knifing in drainage tile.

I know there is one being restored at Webb Enterprise near Harrisonburg, Va. right now. It was originally from Pa area sold an an auction. Why would they repower a 4-325 with a Cummins? Those 3406 Cats were pretty tough. This tractor is the one in Va right now. I know they have around $30,000 into it so far and have to make parts for the transmission to get that working.

That just looks like a beast, and I've seen some 3406 cats that are pretty wild, I'd keep the cat if it were me. Nice picture

It's in a shop beside Webb's I'm told by a friend that lives near there. I'm heading that way next weekend if the weather holds off. I have more pics of the tractor that I saved from when the tractor was sold at the sale. Email me or I can post the rest if you want. I wasn't there, but the pics were online at the time. I always loved the way those things looked, and working for Cat, I'm partial to Cat powered Whites having two myself.

As most of you know, I worked for the company for quite a few years.   Oliver's and later White's test farm was on the west side of Phoenix where the new football stadium where the Cardinals and the Super Bowl was played this year,   I remember being there when they were testing the 4-325, had a large ripper on the three point hitch and it had been weld in many places,   They were running it on the Native American Reservation northeast of Scottsdale.   They ran it 11 hours, then serviced it and ran it another 11 hours each day.

please post more photo's if you can, it is always interesting to see where the various tractor builders were at just before they stopped production.

Any idea why they were repowered with Cummins engines? I would have thought a 3406 would have been a pretty decent engine in an ag tractor.

i know these guys and if i remember right only one of them was re-powered with a cummins but they plan on restoring it with the original motor.
