Is there a rebuild kit that comes with all gaskets seals piston and all I need

Finding main and rod bearings may be your biggest issue. Other parts and piece are around, I am not sure how much of a kit you will find.

I do not know of one "comprehensive kit" that is available.

You should be able to find most/all the parts you need though, depending on how deep you get into the project. Gasket kits, oversized pistons (if needed), valves, cam/connecting rod/main bearings (finally available again). . . enough stuff to rebuild an engine or simply clean it up and put new gaskets/seals/rings/etc. in it.

I know this website sells parts as do several other commonly used online sources these days.

Main bearings have been back in stock recently. Just purchased a set for my 430 project.

Grind the cam and resurface the followers . They may appear just fine to the eye but they are worn .
This engines can use some more compression and run just fine on pump gas. .

That's good to hear! I had to use NOS I found on fleabay when I rebuilt our 40 a few years ago.

I sourced all parts for my 40U eng. rebuild through YT several years ago with the exception of the rod and main bearings which I found NOS of on Ebay. Also got their valve train kit which came with new valves, guides, springs, and keepers IIRC.
