how do i remove the sleeves from my 8 and install new ones? Also is there a trick to pulling the valve guide keepers?

Fabricate a tool like this from a good strong flat screw driver to push the guide down so the keeper can be removed. Insert the tool through the port and on top of the guide and pry it down. Then use it to drive the guide and valve, spring etc out as a complete unit by hammering at the valve spring where the coils are compressed together at the top of the spring where it sits on the bottom of the guide.
