Where is the spring attached from the throttle cam #20 in picture supposed to hook to?
1964 4000 Gas

There is a tab on bottom of battery box it hooks to.

Mine was just hovering, so I wondered the same thing. The bottom of my battery box got eaten away years ago, I fashioned a new box from some old diamond-mesh, and part of that mesh has disappeared also (the mesh was from an old charcoal grill, so there wasn't much there to begin with.)
