4010 12 volt single battery

Converted my 4010 to 12 volt a few years ago but
kept my two 3ee batteries wired parallel. Would like
to go to a single heavy duty battery. Anyone have
any suggestions on where/how to place it
somewhere to put it that is not under the foot
platform? Thanks!

I just went to a single Type 31 battery, working on the same thing. I found a few older threads showing a battery box from another JD (4440?) that actually has a step for a cover and can be bolted to the frame rail right near the starter. Right now I've got my battery on the platform between my feet until I find a box.

Have a couple guys locally that did that and yes, on frame rail near starter.
