4010 Air Suction Hose

Need to replace the air suction hose on a JD 4010, hose that goes from air cleaner over top of radiator to engine air intake pipe.
Any idea where to get one or ideas on making one?

You can still get them from Deere, but I think they are around $90

Yep I just bought one last week and I think it was $93.

LP and Diesel still avaliable from Deere, have not found one for the gas burners yet but here are the part numbers
Diesel- R26931 - $128
LP - R27833 - $133
Gas R26928

Yes,,pricey,,I wonder what the difference is between a gas and an LP...I'm thinking they should be the same...

I use to use them to turn the corner and hook to the turbo when I put a turbo on a 4020, they fit just right..

Looks like JD quoted about $128. Think I will order from JD. Was thinking I could get some 3 in hose and make one. It might work, but not sure a straight length of hose would bend over the radiator and work. Not sure I am willing to chance. thanks for responses.

A straight hose won't work....a better possibility is to have a muffler shop bend you a piece of pipe to fit..
