4010 High Oitch Steering Noise

Hi, I just purchased a 1962, 4010 with 3000 hours and all seems in fair condition (so far) except the steering makes a really high pitch sound/noise.

At right, left or not moving steering at all, the noise doesn't change hardly any, the steering works well but more of a very high irritant than anything.

Any ideas what it could be or what I should look for.

Loose belt?

It does not have a belt, comes off hydraulic priority valve

It could be the pump going in and out of stroke
