4010d losing power

I have a 4010d losing power after it gets good and hot(working bushhog 15mins). Shut down and next day can run again until getting hot. I have replaced supply line transfer pump and made sure all other lines are free and clear. I"m thinking it"s time for a injection pump rebuild just wanted some more opionions or something ive missed.

When you state all inj pump lines free & clear does that include the return line check valve fitting????????

Yes it does.

I would be checking the return line fitting at the injection pump,,this situation occurs a lot in those old Roosa Master pumps,many of them have been un-touched for years and years. If the return fitting check valve is clogged it will act the way yours does...

You gotta take the fitting clear out of the pump...
