4020 404Diesel Block ?

I just got a 4020 with Block #R40830 no weep holes ,no vent pump,any info would be great, Thanks John

Late 4020 didn't have the pump or side weep holes either, my 1970 console 4020 doesn't.

Is the vent pump casting still there or is it cut out completely? The late 71 and 72 blocks had the vent pump corner of the block removed so that an air conditioner compressor could be mounted. Tom

I cant find that casting number listed in 4010, 4020, or 404 power unit online parts catalogs.

Are you sure it's not R40930 replacement block ?
