I sold mine to some one in Michigan last year. He sent someone to pick it up and send me a check. I still haven't got my check. it was only $100.00.

Not worth a dime, How much shipped to Oklahoma, 73838. lol JK

Its only worth anything to the right buyer. If its frame is in good shape, has a cooler, and everything needed to mount it then I would be interested.

I have a hieneker and its pretty rough but I am slowly straghtening it out and hopefully one day the 4010 wont suck in 120* heat.

There is a market for most anything. If it is a factory cab the roll bar and canopy have good value.A nice Hiniker or YearRound can bring $500+ a poor cab wont bring $10 so there is quite a range.Sounds like you have some interest and it all depends what you have.

I took a year round off late model 4020 that was in very good shape. Got 450 for it. Dealer new of someone looking for one and put me onto the guy. Spent a lot of time in those cabs as a teen. Loud noisy cab with radio blaring and hot as well. I am sure some of my hearing loss comes from those days. I sure don"t miss it.

Anything cab that is not a SoundGuard should come mandatory with ear phones especially for younger drivers. Its too late for us older generation. Some tractor rides dont allow cabs and one club has all NFE.Maybe theres one for cabs only.It is truly amazing how much quietier some of the 4020s we remove the cabs from are and some have had every sound deadening device ever tried.I personally wouldnt give $.02 for one unless I could sell it.I actually saw one made out of a round sprayer tank and there had been many hours put into it and for snow or cold cabs have their place just not my place.

D Lane if you want to get rid of that cab let me know I'm intrested in it. What kind of shape is it in an could get any pictures of it an where are ya at in Indiana

We had a cozy cab on our 4000 John Deere sold it to a guy in wisconsin for $500 a few years ago.

Guy fixed it up for his 4020 here it is now, people are buying the cabs I have seen a lot on craigs list.

I will try to get some pictures of it. Im in vincennes IN. My grampa said these cabs are the reason he bought two 4630s without cabs, but of course the soundgard cabs were alot better he just didnt know that at the time.

I worked hard at restoring and improving the factory Hinsen cab on my 4320.
All new cab interior inc roof as well as multi layer sound insulation under the floor, seat and rear third of the hood as well as both sides of the firewall and under the cowl. So far it has done well and sound level measures close to a SGB, but not there yet. Next is up graded cab mounts and a hydraulic attenuator.
I like to think these are the improvements Deere would have made if not for the SGB. Better cab mounts and attenuator are actually the main improvements on the SGB.

We just ran one through the Tri Green action, it brought $50, it was good and complete with mounting brackets,,some people make tree stands out of them for Deer hunting...

Boy I'll bet that would be FUN pulling a tractor cab up in a tree with a block-n-tackle. One might need to hire Phil & Si from Duck Dynasty to hang the cab.
