4020 powershift dash quadrant replacement

Hi just wondering, I have a 4020 that has powershift trans and the dash quadrant area is wore quit bad between forward and reverse. I seen a few months ago a company in the green magazine or 2 cyl. club that replaced this piece. I could spend a couple hours welding and grinding on it but thought it would be much nicer to replace the whole thing, it looks like a few spot welds and it could be removed. I call this area the cactus. Cant seem to find the ad now and would like any info that I can contact these people, any help would be much appreciated. thanks

Was hoping someone would help you. It would be nice to know where to get that piece.

Yeh, kinda disappointed at the crowd. oh well, I was just hoping to not have to thumb through the last half year of jd magazines to find the ad.
gona give it a go tonite, if I find it I will make a post later. thanks for the support.

I pulled the dash on one like this a few years ago and wire welded a piece of 14 gauge metal in the worn place and shaped it into place,, other than a junk yard search,,,I don"t know of any other way to repair it...

I have built them up with a stick welder. You don't know what a junkyard will send you. Might be worse than the one you have.
I recently got a good one but was '64 so I had to fill in key switch hole. Original one was tornado damaged.
