4020 question

I bought a 4020 from my neighbor who bought it new. He thought he got it in 1970 or '71 but the serial number makes it an early '69. It has the side console hyd. levers. I thought side console was only on 1970-1972 tractors. When were side consoles built?

prolly sat in inventory awhile, hence a 69 bought new in 70 or 71.

I got ours on 9-2-1969 = S/N T213P216253R + It had side controls then. (P for power shift) The greatest tractor I ever own bar none.
