4020 Remotes

There is a 4020 on CL with the attached picture of its rear remotes. Anyone know why there seem to be two types of remotes? Thanks.

Cause he added the left set later on and could only find the 10 series for sale. Brother has a 4020 just like it.

That has an inline fuel injection pump and "horizontal" oil filter. The 4020 used a distributor injection pump and the oil filter was in the oil pan. Looks like it could be an engine from a 4430. Does it have a turbo?
