4020 wheel weights

What is the correct wheel weight for the 4020 34 rear wheel. Most online 4020 pics have the small center openings with the two
cutouts opposite. Think these are A3404R(however online parts show these fitting smaller tractors). Someone here said these also
come in different size center openings with cutouts). JD parts online says for the 4020 34 to use R61524(has big circular
opening). Once again online pics of 4020's show smaller center openings with two cutouts for the most part. Any suggestions?
Thanks, Dave

Correct weight for 4020 is the Z-style weight with 8 1/2 inch opening. Think the larger 91/2 inch opening Z weight came out in late 30 series tractor and would fit over nine bolt dual hub. I have read that there are actually two slightly different 8 1/2 inch Z weights. They will all bolt up to castings but stacking weights requires same style. Guess you could bolt 9 1/2 inch over 8 1:2 inch.

Thanks Cornerpost. Have a pair of the 8 1/2 Zs. First impression was they wouldn't fit. After viewing 4020 pics, perhaps I didn't have them lined up correctly. Will try again. Thanks

You are correct the 4020 takes the 8 1/2 center Z weight. There are 4 different rear wheel weights all weighing the same and will all fit. There are some with circular hole .some an oblong rectangular hole.and the larger center that will fit over factory 9 bolt hub on 20/30/40 series.Nice to have them matching. Not that sharp on 2cyl but believe the round and rectangular hole were before the new generation as the Z allowed you to adjust rear tread with a wheel weight still on casting. When putting on the first weight it will line up to raised mark on casting and then they will be in proper sequence. They still bring over $100+ each and the proper bolts are over $5 each
