always have to jump starter with a screwdriver. how do you test the relay on the firewall. and also where is the neutral safety switch.any other ideas..

Neutral start switch screws into the RH side of trans case. A lot of times all one needs to do is remove 1 or 2 sealing washers on switch and reinstall switch. Removing washers gives ball in switch better contact. If tractor has starting relay above starter be sure relay is grounded properly.
