Looking for hubs 8 bolt or 9 bolt 2.25 inch axle half inch key wanting to use 16.9x28 tires instead of 11.2x36

If you want hubs to clamp on the axles, you're going to have to have something custom made. I don't think such a thing exists in production.

What you could do is get the flange axles from a 240 or 404 Utility and install them on this tractor. It limits your adjustability for tread width but there is always a tradeoff.
