410E backhoe hydraulic problem

The valve that operates the stabilizers has one spool sticking. Here is the tricky part, it will return to center with the engine off. But with the engine running you have to pull it to center. The more resistance on the cylinder the harder it is to center the valve. Could i have enough spool leakage that the pump pressure is applied to the spool lands holding the spool from returning to center? Each spool uses a lock valve, and i see no cylinder movement in the centered position. Any ideas would sure help, thanks

It"s somewhat of a common issue. Valve replacement is the cure. I believe the replacement may be a different brand. Eaton etc

Other than from a dealer, I don't know a source for a direct replacement.
