My cab blower system not working well only 1 fan works on high speed and neither on low, I switched wires from rh to lh fan then other works . I also switched switches but no change , did pickup new style switch at dealer but until I have power at the switch terminals another switch probably will not change much . I tried a continuity tester but so far the length of it’s not long enough and don’t see any broken wires

I suggest to check SGB(cab) ground wire on front RH SGB mount & wiring ground connections in upper part of the cab. Also check connections on wiring bulkhead on RH side of firewall between instrument panel & engine.

So I was under the assumption they were a single motor in the middle driving 2 squirrel cages on each side. It appears there is an update kit from All states ag parts. It comes with 2 blower motors and the wiring harness to convert it. Are you possibly missing that wiring?

If this has the two speed blowers let the confusion begin if you don't have power to 2 wires start at the breakers.

4230 has 2 motors with 4 squirrel cages. Late 40 series switched to one motor. It sounds like one of the two power wires to the blower switch is dead. There is also a harness connector by the RH front cab mount that is a common problem area. Check circuit breakers first and go from there.
