4230 clutch

my 4230 clutch wouldnt release , when i try to shift in or out of gear it try to keeep turning the transmisson, so i check the pressure and it goes to 0 with the clutch pedal down, so i split the tractor thinking the clutch disk was warped or com apart and it wasnt, the pilot bushing is a little rouff but dont know what else to check

I have seen this happen when the PTO retaining ring wore enough to let the race get out into the clutch, warpage will do it as well as bad adjustment.

Yes it returns the PTO piston, it has a small lip on it and when it wears off it lets the PTO race get out into the clutch..It is held into the operating cover with 2 springs and keepers.
