4230 hydraulics not working

I have brakes and steering. I don't have 3 point and remotes. 3 point control was seemingly kinda stuck. 3 point was raised in up position and I could not lower it . I took linkage off at 3 point shaft coming from tractor. Am able to move it now as it freed up and 3 point lowered but will not raise. Not will remotes work. As I understand it there is a hydraulic pump in the transmission. Since I had brakes and steering wasn't sure if that could be the problem. Any ideas is appreciated.

It sounds like if you have priority valve stuck or hydraulic pump max pressure set under the priority valve opening pressure.

I agree with fdt860 that priority valve is possibly blocking hyd flow. Check hyd stand-by pressure which should be 2250-2350 psi. Another thing to check is be sure large star looking housing(key 44) is tight in rockshaft control housing.

Not sure what you mean. You mean did I move the lever to adjust up and down? Uhhhhh that would be a yes of course.

Lever(key 29) in photo which is the load/depth control is designed to control sensitivity of internal mechanism from minimum to maximum setting by changing location of lever. Sometimes if internal linkage isn't correctly adjusted the 3 pt won't raise when lever is in certain position.which is the reason to relocate position of lever.
