4240 front pivot grease zerks

Having trouble with getting grease into front pivot point zerks of a 4240. Had trouble before but jacking the front end up allowed grease to go in. Now I cannot get any in at either.

Any suggestions?

Try a little heat on it.

Try pulling the zerk, take a pick and clean out the hard grease, then put in new zerk.

I run a drill bit into the holes.

I got em. Took some more weight off the front. Not sure if I have an issue since they won't take grease with weight.

Grease every ten hours won't have this problem

It is time to change out the pivot pins and bushings.
