I've got a 4240 and i installed a reman injector pump on it and no start now, lots of blue smoke. When i took off the old one i lined up the two lines on the pump but didn't know about the timing pin in the fly wheel. Called a friend and he informed me of it checked it lined up with the pump he thought i might have had it wrong so he suggested to time it with the other hole in the fly wheel. Still no start with little smoke so put it back were it was. Any suggestions before i take the new pump off.
