4240 lost hydraulics

4240 quad range lost hydraulics to both valve outlets on back of the tractor. Brakes and steering work as normal. Where should I start looking?

Is 3pt inoperable also?? I suggest to check hyd stand-by pressure on the RH side of tractor or at hyd pump. My guess is pressure control valve that's designed to provide priority oil to steering/brakes may be blocking flow due to low stand-by pressure or faulty PCV. Hyd stand-by pressure should be 2250-2350 psi

Where is that valve located?

PCV is on RH side of rockshaft control housing(items 2-6) & you can check stand-by pressure by removing plug(item 28)
