426 picker ser. # info?

This is the serial # for my 426 picker. Can anyone tell me what year it was made?

sorry jon I do not have last year production dates on implements, but I would say this was in the last years for sure cnt

The 425 was built in 57 to 63. The 426 was built in 63 and 64. My 425 has flambeau center snout, where the 426 was desert sunset. The IM was the first mtd picker in 53 to 55, then the 420 in 56.

I have one of those in a 425 model.
Anyone know the difference between a 425 and 426 other than the color of the snout?

425 is next model older. Mostly had more greaseable bearings and zerks. Mine has grease banks.
