430 case info needed

</a> I believe it original paint because it has the patent number and a decal on valve cover with spark gap valve setting etc.THe tractor stats and runs good I drove it around in yard for a little bit and now the clutch is stuck wont disengage . Im also needing a wiring diagram if anyone has one . The tach is not hooked up PLease comment on anything you see in the pictures good bad or ugly. This is the first case ive Ive owned have had Farmalls H and M. The owner told me this tractor did not have a PTO when he bought it .He got one from another 430 and put in it.I don't think the handle is right it grinds just a bit going in gear. which is correct alternator or genny ? I have seen some with the oil filter in different places mine it laying down some have been vertical why is this ? What would the knock out hole right behind the screens be for ? Thanks

The only issue that I see, is the pto is wrong. There is no provision for live pto. The proper pto would have had a clutch pack in it and a handle to operate the pto at the rear. Yours is the earlier pto ment to be clutched with a mid mtd. clutch pack and a hand lever across from the range shift lever.
The knockouts are for a cultivator frame which was an option when your tractor was built.

Sounds like someone has swapped out the gen. with tach drive for an alternator. There are some alts. that can have a tach drive put on them.
The oil filter location was changed 3 times. Yours is the latest.

Got a picture of the right pto ? Got the steering cylinders off to get rebuilt. Clutch is still stuck trying to decide to split or see if it frees up.
