The serial number for your 430 will be on a plate on the right side of your dash under the steering wheel (see picture below).
Once you have that number come back here and select "Serial Numbers" under the "Research & Info" section on the left hand column of this website. Then select "Case" and then "430, 530, 530B, 630, 730, 830, 930, and 1030". The serial number will be a 7 digit number beginning with "6" or "8". It is my understanding that the "6" series tractors were made at the Rock Island works from 1960 to 1961. Thereafter, the production of the 430/530/630s was moved to Racine and the tractors received a serial number beginning with an "8".
If your tractor no longer has the serial number plate, you may not be able to pin down the actual model year, but you may get close based on how the tractor is equipped. For example it would be somewhere between a 1960 and approximately mid-1963 if it has an eagle hitch. Draft-o-matic 3-point hitch tractors were produced from approximately mid-1963 through 1969 (the end of the 30 series production). The triple range was no longer offered after serial number 8297801, which means your tractor would have been made earlier than 1967...etc...etc - Joe
